A shortage of young used cars has caused the market for this segment in Saxony-Anhalt to collapse. With 11,118 transfers of ownership, there was no economic recovery in June 2022 either, the Saxony-Anhalt state association of the German motor vehicle trade announced on Monday in Magdeburg. That meant a drop of 27.6 percent, according to the association. In June 2021, 15,365 used vehicles were still sold.
