Due to a fire in a semitrailer, a section of the Autobahn 7 in Hanover was completely closed for several hours on Monday. The lane to the south at the Hanover-Anderten junction was affected. Motorists were able to use all three lanes again in the early afternoon, according to a spokesman for the highway police. The semi-trailer was loaded with 90 cubic meters of waste that caught fire on Monday morning.
