After Jan Köppen (39) was infected with the corona virus, his colleague Chris Tall (31) took over the moderation of “Take Me Out XXL”. Now the moderator gives a health update via RTL.
Corona “really blew him away,” explains Köppen in a short clip. He’s over the worst now. He also thanks his representative and wishes the viewers a lot of fun with the show with a kiss on the hand.
The 39-year-old also speaks out in his Instagram story. During a walk, he explains to his followers: “I’m glad to be vaccinated. You still shouldn’t joke with that shit.” He would take it slow in the near future.
According to RTL, the XXL summer specials of the popular dating show, which Köppen was supposed to moderate, have been recorded since Tuesday (July 19). A total of three specials are planned, the first broadcast is scheduled for August 17 at 8:15 p.m. on RTL (also on RTL).
