The Luz Verde Cannabis Party has obtained the first two institutional representatives of this movement in Europe in the Navarrese town of Murillo el Fruto, which defends the legalization of cannabis.
This political formation has managed to get its candidates Andrés Vallés and Germán Daniel Lanas elected as councilors and has only been left with only 8 votes to have a third mayor, reports the Cannabis Party in a statement, which had presented candidacies in Madrid, Barcelona and Murillo on Fruit.
In Barcelona and Madrid, he highlights, both Albert Boira and Javier Díaz “have managed to drag thousands of votes to the legalization of cannabis by carrying out a great campaign in the media and networks.”
“This is the first time that voters in these two large cities have been given the opportunity to support advanced and modern cannabis policies,” says this party, which ensures that it is already preparing the general elections announced this Monday, in which “We will be the only political project with a clear regulatory vocation in the face of the prohibitionist policies of the most conservative right.”
