Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, known for their roles on The Office, are taking their podcast Office Ladies to Audacy. This move, set to take place on Aug. 14, will see Audacy handling sales, distribution, and production for the popular podcast. Originally launched in October 2019 on SiriusXM, the show will now release new episodes every Wednesday on Audacy.

Office Ladies offers fans a unique behind-the-scenes look at episodes of The Office. Fischer and Kinsey share stories related to the filming of each episode and conduct interviews with fellow cast members such as Steve Carell, John Krasinski, Rainn Wilson, and more. Special guest stars like Will Ferrell and Bob Odenkirk have also made appearances on the podcast.

With over 400 million downloads and several awards, including iHeartRadio podcast of the year, Office Ladies has built a strong community of loyal fans. In addition to discussing episodes of The Office, Fischer and Kinsey engage with listeners by answering questions and involving other cast members in special episodes. They have even recorded an episode of the podcast in front of a live audience.

Fischer expressed her excitement about the partnership with Audacy, stating, “We’re all really proud of the community we built there. We’re getting near the end of our first rewatch…and I say first, because maybe we will just start all over again just like the fans do. We are excited to partner with Audacy as we develop what’s next for Office Ladies and expand the Office Ladies Network.”

As part of the collaboration, Audacy will also take on sales and distribution for The Lazy Genius with Kendra Adachi, another podcast within the Office Ladies Network. This podcast will make the transition to Audacy on Aug. 12.

These developments follow Audacy’s reorganization of its podcast business in March 2024, as part of a larger plan to reemerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. J.D. Crowley, chief digital officer at Audacy, expressed his enthusiasm for adding Office Ladies to the company’s podcast slate, highlighting the show’s ability to cultivate a dedicated fan base and engage with advertisers effectively.

The move to Audacy signifies a new chapter for Office Ladies and its expanding network. Fans can look forward to more insightful discussions, behind-the-scenes anecdotes, and engaging interactions with the cast as Fischer and Kinsey continue to provide a unique perspective on The Office.
