So, like, Fox News legal dude Gregg Jarrett and former General Counsel of the Navy Van Hipp went on “Fox & Friends” to chat about President Donald Trump’s wild idea to reopen Alcatraz prison in San Francisco, California. Jarrett was all like, “It’s a pretty out-there idea, which is probs why Trump is suggesting it. All the liberal heads are totally exploding right now. Progressives are not big fans of prisons. They prefer like, daycare for criminals or something.” Trump put out a post on Truth Social calling for Alcatraz to be reopened. Jarrett mentioned that Alcatraz is federal property, so technically it could happen, but it would need major renovations ’cause it’s falling apart. Plus, it’s got this landmark status, so there would be a ton of lawsuits that would drag things out for years, especially since it’s in California. Can you imagine the drama?

Hipp, who used to be a big shot in the U.S. Army, was all like, “Oh yeah, Trump could totally make Alcatraz happen.” He shut down the haters who were saying it would cost too much or be too hard to rebuild. He was like, “Come on, we’ve got the best builder in the country – Donald Trump. He knows how to get things done. If the bureaucrats try to slow things down, Trump can totally show them how it’s done.” Alcatraz opened back in 1934 but got shut down after almost 30 years. Trump was all about it on social media, saying, “Let’s rebuild and reopen Alcatraz! America’s been dealing with some nasty criminals for too long. It’s time to lock ’em up and throw away the key.”

Then Trump went on to direct a bunch of government agencies to get cracking on the whole Alcatraz thing. He wants it to be way bigger and better than before, to lock up all the worst of the worst criminals. Hipp was all about it, saying it’s what the people wanted. Americans are sick of all the bad guys running around causing trouble. They want safety and security, and that’s what Trump is aiming for. The federal government is there to protect the people, and Trump knows that’s his top job.

Not really sure why this matters, but Fox News’ Greg Wehner helped put this report together. Hanna Panreck, who’s like an associate editor at Fox News, also had a hand in it. So, yeah, that’s the scoop on Trump’s Alcatraz plan. It’s a wild ride, that’s for sure.
