CitySwift has already been successful in optimizing services for East Yorkshire Buses, Oxford Bus Company, and Go North East, leading to a 14% improvement in service punctuality, a 4% increase in customer journeys, and enhanced scheduler productivity.
The phased rollout of CitySwift will begin with Go North West and Kent Fastrack by the end of this year, followed by all other regional bus operating companies by 1 January next year. The London service is expected to be integrated by February, with Go-Ahead Ireland following suit in 2025.
