Former Premier League legend and Euro 2024 pundit, Cesc Fabregas, has officially been named the manager of Serie A newcomers Como after completing his coaching badges. The 37-year-old played a crucial role in helping Como secure promotion to Serie A after a 21-year absence last season. Initially serving as the caretaker manager and part owner of the Italian club, Fabregas stepped into the role of No.2 to finish his coaching education. Now, after signing a four-year contract, he is set to lead Como in the top flight.
Welsh coach Osian Roberts, who was the head coach with Fabregas’ support, will resume his role as head of development.
